SERIES RESONANCE CIRCUIT
Series resonance circuit
Inductor, Capacitor, and  Resistor are connected series line, its called series resonance circuit.

IMPORTANT TOPIC OF SERIES RESONANCE CIRCUIT
  • Series resonance circuit have minimum impedance.
  • Series resonance circuit have maximum current.
  • VL=VC  at resonance frequency.

  • XL=XC at resonance frequency.

  • In the circuit is maximum current.

  • In the circuit is minimum impedance.

  • The circuit types is capacitive before of resonance frequency.

  • The circuit types is inductive after resonance frequency.

  • At the resonance frequency the circuit types is resistive.

  • Voltage and current in phase.
OTHER NAME OF SERIES RESONANCE CIRCUIT

            1)Acceptor circuit.
            2)Series tuned circuit.

APPLICATION OF SERIES RESONANCE CIRCUIT

            1)As a band pass filter.

What is a battery

CELL AND BATTERY                                                     BATTERY Battery             Battery is chemical energy convert to electrical energy. TYPES OF CELL             Cell is two types-------             1)Primary cell             2)Secondary cell 1)PRIMARY CELL             A cell which convert chemical energy to electrical energy. It is active few hours and then stop working. Primary cell is not rechargeable. TYPES OF PRIMARY CELL             1)Voltaic cell               2)Daniel cell             3)Leclan...

What is Resistor and its used

RESISTOR Resistor              Resistors are electronic components, used to reduce, of limit, or resist the flow of current in any electrical or electronic circuit.     RESISTANCE               The property of the resistor to limit the flow of current is known as resistance. UNIT OF RESISTANCE              The value, or quantity of resistance is measured in units called ohms.   Resistors are called passive devices because their resistance value does not change even when the level of applied voltage or current to it is changed.  The resistance value remains same when the applied voltage is AC or DC. SOME RESISTANCE VALUE      1000 ohms = 1 kilo ohms          10000 ohms = 10 kilo ohms      100000 ohms = 100 kilo ohms      1000000 ohms = 1 mega ohms TYPE OF RESISTORS 1) Carbon Resistor 2) Wire Wou...

What is inductance and its formula

INDUCTOR              Inductor are passive components consisting of coil of wire. The basic function of inductor is to store electrical energy in the form of magnetic field, when current flows through the inductor. INDUCTANCE                   Inductance is the electrical property of Inductors. The property of A.C circuits which opposes any change in the amount of current is called inductance. UNIT IF INDUCTANCE                   Its symbol 'L' and unit is 'henry' (H). HENRY             If a current changing at the rate of one ampere second , induces and average e/m/f of one volt in a conductor, the amount of inductance in the conductor will be one henry. 1x10 -3  Henries = 1 Milli Henry =1mH 1x10 -6  Henries = 1  Micro Henry = 1 µ H 1x10 -9  Henries = 1 Nano Henry = 1nH Applications of  Inductors Tuning cir...
